Happy FriYAY loves! Today I am SO excited to feature Haleigh, the creator of Sincerely, Hales! I first met Haleigh over Insta when she direct messaged me about a giveaway opportunity. I checked out her Insta and blog and fell in love with her ultra romantic style and her ability to take any trend and make it her own. Haleigh’s style is a mix of  pastels and feminine flare which I can not get enough of. I am so proud to call her one of my blogger babes 🙂 (plus, how stinkin cute is she?!?!). I’ve asked Haleigh a few questions about blogging and style. This is what she had to say!

1. Why did you decide to start a blog?
Starting a blog was a tough decision for me! I was really nervous and felt so extremely intimidated by it. After over a year of contemplation, I finally decided that I wanted to start a blog. I feel like most of my life is consumed with school and work, and I wanted something I could do in my spare time that I enjoy. Fashion just happens to be something I love, and I wanted to share that with others.

2. How did you come about picking your blog name out?
My blog name is one of the most important things to me. When I was younger, my grandma and I used to send letters to each other (even though she lived just down the street). I thought it was so fun to get mail! Every letter I signed to her “Sincerely, Hales”. 2 years ago my grandma was diagnosed with cancer, and unfortunately she just passed away in May. My grandma and I were talking and I was telling her about what I wanted to do for my blog (which I ironically started at the beginning of May) and I couldn’t think of a name. She had the bright idea of naming it “Sincerely, Hales” since that was how I always singed all my letters, so that is how I should sign my posts. So I decided that I loved that name, and it truly means the world to me because though my grandma isn’t here anymore, I feel like I am still connected to her just through my blog. Every time I see “Sincerely, Hales” it reminds me of my biggest inspiration, my grandma.

3. What are some of your favorite stores to shop at?
Let me start by saying I am a HUGE online shopper. Like I rarely step in to a store. So the online shopping experience of a store makes or breaks it for me. My favorite places to shop are: Nordstrom, JCrew, ShopBop, Revolve Clothing, ASOS, Neiman Marcus, and Madewell.

4. What is your fashion philosophy?
My fashion philosophy is actually a quote by Coco Chanel “Fashion fades, only style remains the same”

5. What do you enjoy most about blogging?
My favorite thing about blogging is most definitely all the wonderful ladies, such as Julianna, that I have been connected with. It is so amazing to have a group of girls that share the same interest as you, and help lift you up. I just love the blogging community of women that lift each other up!

6. If you could wear an outfit that describes who you are, what would that outfit be?
An outfit that describes me would be any feminine romantic look. I love soft fabrics and very subtle colors such as light pinks. I love silk tops or tops with light ruffles and gentle curve lines. Pair the top with my favorite Paige Denim jeans, some pumps, and call it good!
